Are You Manifesting from Alignment or Depression? Here's How To Find Out...

Introduction: Have you ever tried to manifest something and it just never came to fruition? I mean, of course there's the affirmations, the rituals, the journaling but nothing really worked or produced the results you wanted. Well, we're about to dive into why your manifestations are not working and what positive techniques we can use to actually get those results we long for.

Let's Talk About Alignment and Depression

The difference between alignment and desperation is that, when you're aligned, there's a feeling of peace, comfortability, and smooth sailing, even when you're in pause mode. You'll feel a confidence upon you knowing that what you desire is on its way. However, when you're in a funk and desperation is in your cipher, you feel frantic and heavy. You'll speak words as 'why is this not working' 'it worked for everyone else' 'why is this happening to me' 'can I please get my blessings for once?!?' Negative talk such as 'I guess I'll never...' 'I can't...' ect. is rooted in fear and what you want won’t come unless you force it.

Here's How You Know You're Manifesting From Desperation:

  • You constantly are checking to see if it worked

  • You feel undeserving if it hasn't worked

  • You stay comparing yourself to others

  • You feel depleted instead of motivated

Here's What an Aligned Manifesting Looks Like:

  • You remain focused on becoming rather than getting

  • You patiently wait on divine timing

  • You feel accomplished even in the present

  • You witness the small signs and synchronicities that nudge you things are going as planned

Now How Do We Shift Ourselves into Alignment?

  • Daily Traditional Practices: Meditate, walk barefoot on grass, or write in your journal.

  • Sentimental Clearing: Forgive yourself and others, even when they don’t apologize.

  • Energy Check-Ins: Ask, "Is this a soul-led desire, or is it fear talking?"
